Project Overview
Over almost 20 years Silver Rose has celebrated graduation day
with tens of thousands of Australian university students from major
universities including UQ and Griffith University.
Looking to improve the post-ceremony photo ordering experience,
Silver Rose approached Brown Paper Bag to develop an enhanced
online interface. By studying customer interaction and feedback we
were able to convert a complex photo purchasing procedure into a
simple, secure user experience.
